Yummy Chicken

My Sister in Law introduced me to this yummy, easy cheap chicken, and I thought I’d share it with you because it works for me!

Preheat the oven to 350,

Take chicken breasts, put them in an oven safe pan.

Pour Italian dressing over them.

Put in the oven and cook until done.

Take out and enjoy!

I make this! We also slice up an onion and put it in the bottom of the pan, and sprinkle the whole thing with a iittle lemon-pepper seasoning before dumping the dressing on top. It adds a little extra zest, and the onion will be really tender! The juice is great drizzled over rice.

I use Italian dressing on pork roast when I slow cook it in the oven – I also add lots of chopped garlic and a bit of Dijon mustard. Slow cook for 2-3 hours – absolutely delicious!

I’ll have to give it a try with chicken breast too! I bet Greek dressing would be yummy too.

This is yummy! I have also soaked a piece of cheap beef in the dressing then baked it after the marinading, leaving it in the dressing. It was great too.

Wow! Can’t beat that, can you!

PS – A chef once told me once that almost everything can be cooked 350 for 30 minutes.

This is so yummy! How funny this is what I pulled out for dinner tonight. You can also freeze the chicken in the dressing.
